Q: Reviewer caught some errors that I have updated. Can I run Reviewer again?

A: Yes, we suggest fixing the errors in your tax software and generating a new draft return. You can then select the “Upload Return” button at the bottom of your screen and upload a new draft return.

Q: Can I customize my Gotcha Checks?

A: Gotcha Checks are selected by our team of in-house experts, so they are not customizable. We plan to add customizable options in the future.

Q: Will Reviewer analyze documents that Juno does not support?

A: Since Reviewer is comparing extracted and validated data from Preparer to the data on your draft tax return, only currently supported source documents will display in Reviewer. For a full list of source documents Juno currently supports please click here.

Q: Does Reviewer do any year-over-year analysis if I have the client's prior year return?

A: Yes. Using Reviewer you will be able to upload a client's prior year return and receive a YoY Analysis as well as a YoY comparison of source documents.

Q: Can multiple people on my team review a return in Reviewer?

A: Yes! Reviewer is designed to be "multiplayer." We recommend using the Notes column to make notes/comments as you Review. Then use the "Mark as Reviewed" column either as personal checklist or as an indicator to your team which fields have been reviewed.
