1. How long is Juno’s free trial? Do unused returns roll over?
The trial gives you 5 free returns, and lasts 1 week.
2. How can I schedule a demo with Juno?
After signing up for a free trial at juno.tax, you can book a live demo or go through a self-guided demo directly in your account.
3. If I have a question about the TaxDome <> Juno integration should I contact TaxDome or Juno?
You can contact either team! Juno and TaxDome are working together to ensure that customers get accurate and prompt answers to their questions about the integration.

1. How do I enable other team members to have access to the TaxDome <> Juno Integration?
All Admin users within your TaxDome account will automatically have access to Juno. For non-admin users you will need to enable access to the Juno integration. Please go to Settings -> Team & Plans -> Select Team Member -> Toggle "Use Juno Integration" to on -> Save
2. Is Juno meant to replace my current tax prep software?
No - Juno is not a replacement. It integrates with leading tax software (ProConnect, Drake, Lacerte, Ultratax, and soon CCH Axcess/ProSeries) to automate data entry, review, and advisory.
3. How is Juno different from Gruntworx or SurePrep?
Juno does more — it handles more document types, processes faster, flags inconsistencies, reviews against prior year returns, and includes Advisor, Juno's tax advisory and planning product as well as Assistant, Juno's tax law and research product. Lastly, there is no complexity based pricing with Juno.
4. Which tax software does Juno currently integrate with?
Now: ProConnect, Drake, Lacerte, Ultratax
Coming soon: CCH Axcess, ProSeries, ProSystem FX
5. How does Juno integrate with TaxDome?
Within your client “Docs” you’ll be able to select multiple files and push them to Juno via the “Send to Juno” button. This will create a preparation within Juno where you can review the extracted data before pushing to your tax software.
6. Does Juno include annotations and review tools? Can I annotate or reconcile workpapers inside Juno?
Yes - Juno produces an Excel workpaper and a bookmarked PDF binder. Advanced binder-style annotations are coming soon. 7. Does Juno support business returns?
Preparer/Reviewer only works for individual returns. However, business returns are on our roadmap and you can use Advisor with business returns and partnerships today.
8. How long does it take for my client documents to move from TaxDome to Juno?
Turnaround for most documents is just a few seconds (AI + automation only, no offshoring). Longer complex documents, such as K-1s, may take a few minutes.
9. How does Juno handle non-standard docs (handwritten notes, worksheets, etc.)?
Excel/CSV/PDF schedules (C, E, F) are supported. These can be in any format. Our validation page recommends categorization for human validation.
10. Does Juno work with hosted/remote environments (ie Rightworks, Verito, etc)?
Yes - if your tax software is on Rightworks or another remote desktop, you just need to install the Juno desktop app there.
11. Can clients still use their existing TaxDome organizers?
Yes - Juno works directly with TaxDome organizers, no need to switch.
12. Does Juno support Canadian or international tax returns?
Juno focuses on U.S. individual returns. However, the Advisor tool will begin supporting international law and services by the end of 2025.

No client data is ever used to train AI
We are IRS Section 716 compliant and use best practices for security including data encryption and a zero data retention agreement in place with AI model partners.

1. Do I have to pay per user for Juno?
No! Invite your whole team to use Juno. We don’t charge per user.
2. Does Juno charge for the connection between TaxDome and Juno, or the integration to my tax software.
No, there are no extra fees for our connections and integrations.
